GEOMATICS (Cyprus) Ltd, a geoinformatics company based in Nicosia, is seeking a Project Manager to join its dynamic team. The role is offered in the context of National and European R&D projects, as well as commercial activities in the geospatial sector.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to innovative projects, collaborate with international partners, and support the successful design and delivery of high-impact technical and research activities.
Key Responsibilities
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and coordinating projects across part or all of their lifecycle. Your main duties will include:
- Managing and monitoring a portfolio of projects to ensure timely delivery, expected quality, and efficient use of resources
- Coordinating project stakeholders and actively contributing to meetings and discussions
- Preparing project reports, technical deliverables, and supporting documentation
- Ensuring delivery of tasks and outputs within agreed schedules
- Contributing to the preparation of responses to calls for tenders
- Analysing project needs and supporting solution design and planning
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Relevant professional experience; familiarity with Geoinformatics, Earth Observation (EO), and Computer Vision will be considered an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience in preparing minutes, notes, business cases, vision documents, service level agreements, terms of collaboration, and planning schedules
- Fluency in English
